What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number and delivery address. If you create an account we also store a password (hashed, never in plain text). That's it — we don't collect payment card details; payments are made directly to us via UPI or bank transfer.

How we use it

• To process and deliver your order.
• To send order confirmations and status updates on WhatsApp.
• To respond when you contact us about an order.

WhatsApp updates

By placing an order you agree to receive order-related messages on the WhatsApp number you provide. We don't send marketing messages without asking first.

Sharing

We never sell your data. Your address is shared only with the courier delivering your order.

Retention and your rights

Order records are kept for accounting purposes. You can ask us to update or delete your account details at any time by contacting us.
