Refund & Return Policy

7-day returns

You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Message us on WhatsApp with your order id and a photo of the item to start a return.

What can't be returned

• Items that have been used, assembled or damaged after delivery.
• Feeding, hygiene and personal-care products, for safety reasons.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the UPI id or bank account you paid from, within 5–7 working days of us receiving the returned item. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
